Who would have thought that February was such a bike month? Below are a
number of events that didn't make our February announcement:

*A Smattering from the Science of Cycling*
This evening (2/13), 7:30-9:30pm, at Natsoulas Gallery, 521 First Street
Each of the five speakers will offer a technical – yet accessible - glimpse
into some aspect of the Science of Cycling.

*Update on the Stimulus Bill*
The House Rules Committee has released their conference report--what may be
the final version of the stimulus bill. It looks like enhancements will get
3% of highway funds (less than the 4.5% allotted in the House but above the
0% allotted by the Senate). For more information take a look at an analysis
