Hello Davis Bicyclists!

Tara Goddard has been hard at work on the policy section of the new Davis
Bike Plan and is looking for comments from Davis cyclists. The plan will
be going back to the Bicycle Advisory Committee at their next meeting on
March 17th so this is a good time to get your comments or suggestions in.
