[DB!-Announce] Cyclist Questionnaire for Car Free Book

Steve Atlas is writing a book called: Car Free America: A Guide to Where
You Can Live, Vacation, or Retire Without Owning a Car and is asking for
some help:


Because of your award for being a bike-friendly community, I would like 
to include your community in Chapter 8: Communities where Biking is a
Realistic Alternative to Driving.

I am enclosing a Questionnaire: Questions for Chapter 8, + a short
Questionnaire for cyclists (to give to cyclists who use their bikes as a
serious means of transportation). Since I am writing this chapter in
March, please return your answers to me as soon as possible.
