[DB!-Announce] Discuss the Draft Bike Plan this Monday

Greetings Davis Bicyclists,

The Davis Bicycles! general meeting will be this Monday from
7-9 pm at the Davis Lutheran Church (8th and B st).

At this month’s meeting we will be reviewing the new draft of the policy
section of the 2008 Davis Bicycle Plan. Tara Goddard, the city's new
Bicycle / Pedestrian Coordinator, will give us an overview of the plan and
take any questions and suggestions.

The plan is a straightforward eight-page outline of Davis bicycle policy
and includes six sections: Equity, Education, Encouragement, Engineering,
Enforcement, and Evaluation. Copies of the plan are available at:

This is a great opportunity to provide feedback on what you want to see in
the plan, so please read through the plan and bring your questions and
comments for Tara!
